ETS is joining Inspiro, bringing together complementary expertise in apprenticeships, training, employment and social value.
This represents an exciting step in Inspiro’s continued growth and strengthens our ability to support learners, employers and communities across the UK.
Combining scale with social impact
Inspiro has more than 30 years’ experience delivering apprenticeships and training, with a nationwide delivery infrastructure and partnerships with employers across a wide range of sectors.
ETS brings a complementary approach, specialising in community-based, employer-led training designed around genuine employment opportunities.
A particularly important part of ETS’s work is its focus on people who can face barriers to employment, including prison leavers, care leavers and those who have been long-term unemployed. Its model combines skills training with ongoing employment support, helping people move from training into work and build sustainable careers.
Bringing these strengths together creates an opportunity to do more.
This is being recognised by ETS becoming the Inspiro Impact division!
More opportunities for learners
For learners, the partnership is about creating greater access to skills, employment and progression.
By combining Inspiro’s established training infrastructure and employer relationships with ETS’s community-based approach and social value expertise, we can explore new ways to reach people who may not traditionally access mainstream training.
The ambition is to create stronger pathways:
From community → to training → to employment → to career progression.
This is particularly important for people who face additional barriers to entering the workforce.
Supporting employers
Employers are increasingly looking for ways to address skills shortages while demonstrating meaningful social value.
Together, Inspiro and ETS can provide training and employment solutions that help employers develop the workforce they need while creating opportunities for people within the communities where they operate.
ETS’s experience of designing training around genuine vacancies complements Inspiro’s established expertise in employer-led apprenticeships and workforce development.
This creates the potential for a more joined-up approach to skills, connecting employer need with people who are ready to learn, develop and work.
A shared commitment
At the heart of both organisations is a belief in the transformative power of learning.
For Inspiro, welcoming ETS is not simply about expanding our organisation. It is about expanding our ability to make a difference.
By bringing together our people, expertise and networks, we can create more opportunities for learners, provide greater value to employers and strengthen the social impact of the training we deliver.
Together, Inspiro and ETS are creating more routes into skills, employment and better futures.
