Inspiro Learning and BMW Group Academy UK have been honoured with two prestigious awards at the Learning Excellence Awards for their innovative ‘EVolution’ in-retailer training programme.
Winning both the ‘Outstanding Course or Initiative’ and ‘New Course or Training Initiative’ categories from a large selection of very worthy finalists.
Our team continuously strives to break new ground and surpass expectations in the delivery of innovative training. Their dedication in going above and beyond to bring this programme to life showcases the unwavering commitment of both organisations to offer the best impactful training solutions in the automotive sector.
Our winning submission showcased EVolution, an in-retailer training roadshow for our automotive partner, BMW Group Academy UK. The aim of the training was to train nearly 8,800 people working within the entire BMW and MINI retailer network in UK and Ireland within 6 weeks on “Why electric matters?”.
The training roadshows surpassed our expectations with 9,338 retail staff trained face to face, and an increase in EV confidence by 30%. Attendees scored 9.39 out of 10 for their training experience.
