The Education and Skills sector celebrate the achievements of apprentices around the country and the positive impact they make to communities, businesses, and the wider economy. 18 months on from its formation, the partnership between N Family Club and Inspiro perfectly demonstrates this within the Early Years sector.
N Family Club aim to ensure that every child reaches their full potential by giving them the best possible start. They set out to be the highest quality, and most loved, early years education group in the UK and 2022 saw them top of the Ofsted leader board for quality. This is a huge achievement for their team and is testament to the dedication of their educators.
By working together, our apprenticeships offer the opportunity to learn whilst providing hands-on training that leads to a recognised qualification needed to deliver the highest quality of inspirational education and care for every child. A fully bespoke training portfolio includes two Early Years apprenticeships (levels 2&3), and a Chef Academy bespoke to the nurseries. The programmes are delivered via a blend of in-person learning (at work) and online sessions.
At the start of 2023, over 100 apprentices worked across the nurseries and support office and this number is set to increase. As N Family Club continues to grow and more nurseries open across the country, our partnership is also developing, due to frequent communication, adaptation and the desire to improve our service. We achieve this by:
- Targeting and tailoring recruitment so we provide a bespoke service to attract high calibre candidates as, when and where they are needed. Regular communication has enabled us to shape, develop and adjust this process.
- Making specialist off the job resources that meet objectives and by working together to produce some guidance and supporting documentation that is written in N Family Club’s language and dual branded for the joined-up approach.
- Developing a chef programme that is specifically designed for the N Chef Academy career pathway to grow their own talents within the kitchens. It includes the recently developed additional e-learning on Kosher and Halal foods.
